GANARAJ GLOBAL / 02 / RECYCLED MATERIALS
Documented profile / hot-washed PET flakesrPET flakes are the washed, shredded output of a PET bottle recycling process. Their size, cleanliness, colour, moisture and intrinsic viscosity help determine how they can be used by manufacturers.
The documented material profile covers a clear-and-blue mixed flake manufactured through hot washing. This is the only colour grade on this website backed by provided product imagery and technical values.
Source: supplied hot-washed PET flake specification, not a current shipment certificate. Any order needs lot-specific approval.

Indicative source-document values; testing methods, certificate of analysis, agreed tolerances and actual availability must be confirmed in writing before purchase.
The wider recycled PET market includes clear, blue, green and amber/brown grades. They should not be treated as interchangeable.

Request this grade ↗A separate colour stream relevant to processors able to use green PET. Ask us to check sourcing options.
Enquire about green ↗Darker colour streams may be suitable for applications where clarity is not required. Specification on request.
Enquire about amber ↗PET is a recyclable thermoplastic widely used in packaging and polyester-based materials. End use depends on grade, decontamination, extrusion technology and certification.
Recycled flakes can be reprocessed into polyester fibre for garments, upholstery, filling and nonwoven fabrics. Requirements include consistency, moisture control and colour suitability.
Qualified rPET may be converted into sheet for certain industrial and packaging applications. Sheet transparency, colour and defect rates influence the selected feedstock.
Recycled PET can be used in selected industrial strapping and related extrusion processes when melt characteristics and contamination limits are acceptable.
A circular application possible only through validated, suitable decontamination and food-contact-approved processes where required. No food-grade status is claimed for the showcased flake.
Packaging affects moisture exposure, handling safety, load density and receipt at the processing facility. The supplied source materials identify 50 kg bags and 500 kg bulk bags as example formats; current availability and exact loads must be checked.
