01 / About Ganaraj Global

Where circular ambition meets commercial clarity.

Recycled material decisions depend on grade, consistency, commercial clarity and the ability to match product characteristics to real industrial uses. Our website brings those questions to the front.

Our first featured material is hot-washed recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) flake, made from post-consumer PET bottles. We present actual product and production imagery alongside documented technical parameters, helping buyers start with useful information rather than general promises.

Hot-washed rPET flakes.
Made for the next life of plastic.

The reference product is a clear-and-blue flake mix produced from post-consumer PET bottles. Buyers can review the indicative specification and request lot-specific confirmation.

01

Collection & baling

Post-consumer PET bottles are consolidated and prepared for processing through collection and baling channels.

02

Sorting

Material is sorted by type and colour to separate PET from non-PET and other unwanted inputs.

03

Crushing

Sorted bottles are reduced into flakes, enabling downstream removal of labels, caps and residual materials.

04

Hot washing

Washing stages target residues and contaminants. Water and process parameters are managed by the operator.

05

Rinsing & drying

Cleaned flakes are rinsed and dried in preparation for checks, handling and packing.

06

Inspection & packing

Quality checks and bagging prepare finished material for storage, handling and shipment.

The photographs and production footage shown on this website were supplied for this product profile. They are not a claim that Ganaraj Global owns or operates the depicted facility.

04 / Potential applications

One recovered resource.
Many industrial possibilities.

Recycled PET may serve as input material in multiple manufacturing value chains, depending on grade, processing and buyer qualification.

01

Polyester fibre

Potential input to recycled polyester fibre processing for textile and non-woven applications.

02

Sheet production

Reprocessed PET can be used in certain thermoformable sheet and industrial sheet applications.

03

Strapping

Qualified rPET may be converted into industrial packaging strapping after appropriate processing.

04

Further processing

Suitable inputs for pelletising or other downstream conversion routes subject to technical assessment.

Food-contact, bottle-to-bottle or medical use is not represented or certified here. Such uses require separately verified grade, compliance and process approvals.

Material assurance

Quality is a specification, not a slogan.

Material checks should include flake size, intrinsic viscosity, moisture, PVC content, non-PET contamination and colour distribution. Reference numbers are a starting point; every purchasing decision should rely on current, lot-specific evidence.

Packing & cross-border delivery

The right product needs the right shipment plan.

Bag design, container loading, inspection, documentation and delivery terms are as important as the product data sheet.

01

50 kg bags

A pack size cited in the supplied reference documents. Confirm exact net weight, bag type, palletisation and container payload before ordering.

02

500 kg bulk bags

A documented bulk format for industrial transport. Loading configuration and lifting provisions depend on the approved packaging plan.

03

Custom packing enquiry

Jumbo, baffle or other packaging may be discussed against actual supplier capability, shipping conditions and destination rules.

07 / Buyer conversations

Prepared for more informed enquiries.

We believe the first conversation should cover what matters to industrial buyers: material, quality evidence, packing and commercial requirements.

08 / Helpful answers

Buyer FAQs.

Useful starting points when evaluating recycled PET flake supplies.

Are the specifications guaranteed for every shipment?

No. The figures shown are from a supplied reference specification and are indicative. Confirm the agreed limits, test methods and lot-specific results in writing before purchase.

Can I request a sample or technical information?

Yes, please email your required application, target specification, volume and destination. Sample availability and any supporting documents can then be discussed.

Is this material certified for food-contact applications?

No food-contact approval is claimed. Buyers must obtain separate evidence of applicable approvals and compliance before considering food-contact or bottle-to-bottle use.

Which bag sizes are shown in the documentation?

50 kg and 500 kg packaging formats are referenced. Exact bag size, shipping weight and container loading plan must be confirmed for the specific order.

What information should I include in an enquiry?

Share your company, application, required grade and colour, desired monthly volume, delivery destination and target timeline to support a meaningful response.
